La Palme Royale

Situated on Palm Avenue in the luxurious downtown bay front district of Sarasota rests this 1924 historically designated two-story Craftsman style home. Nestled in oak trees over looking the tranquil waters of Sarasota Bay where your troubles are swept away in this exquisitely appointed home. From your private oasis stroll down Palm Avenue to the art galleries, fine shopping boutiques, superb dining, theater, opera or the famous Burns Court Cinema.

Bed and Breakfast Policies

Rates include a gourmet breakfast at one of three great local family owned restaurants located with in 5 minutes from the B & B by foot: (Italian) Café Americano, (French) C’est La Vie and (American) The Nook. Also included is a complementary open bar including European beers, wines and a selection of International liquors.

Any rentals shorter than 6 months will be subject to taxes. Rates vary based on season and do not include taxes totaling 11%. Special rates/package deals may be available at the discretion of the hosts. Full payment is required for a one night stay, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations; payable in either cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Full payment is due upon check-in. We do not accept checks for final payment. Cancellations and date changes require a 14 day notice for a refund of deposit. There will be a $20 processing fee on all cancellations. We recognize special circumstances may cause last minute cancellations. We will gladly refund deposit, minus the processing fee, if we are able to fill the reservation. We are now offering a fabulous pet friendly room in consideration of your special family members. Smoking is permitted on the rear porch or outside. Check-in time: 3pm - 6pm.
