Weekly/Monthly Policies

Weekly and Monthly rates include full access to the galley style kitchen which includes, Fridge, dishwasher, range, toaster over and all utensils and flatware needed for any cooking desire; washer & dryer and bar. Any rentals shorter than 6 months will be subject to taxes. Rates vary based on season and do not include taxes totaling 11%.

Special rates/package deals may be available at the discretion of the hosts. Full payment is required for a one week stay, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations and monthly stays; payable in either cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Full payment is due upon check-in. We do not accept checks for final payment. Cancellations and date changes require a 30 day notice for a refund of deposit. There will be a $20 processing fee on all cancellations. We recognize special circumstances may cause last minute cancellations. We will gladly refund deposit, minus the processing fee, if we are able to fill the reservation. We are now offering a fabulous pet friendly room in consideration of your special family members. Smoking is permitted on the rear porch or outside. Check-in time: 3pm - 6pm. Please make an appointment with innkeeper for early or late check-ins. Check-out time: 11am.
